如果浏览器中仍是旧邮箱密码会话，只需用 BC Google 重新登录一次；此后登录状态会在全站共享。If this browser still has a legacy email-and-password session, sign in with BC Google once; that session will then be shared across the site.

一次性同步One-time migration

把现有新生见面会加入活动后台Add the existing Freshman Meetup to this dashboard

会保留现有报名人的提交时间与资料，并把活动改为统一后台管理。操作可安全重试，不会重复名单。Existing registration timestamps and profile snapshots are preserved. The process is safe to retry and will not duplicate attendees.

时间将以 America/New_York 时区保存，夏令时会自动处理。Times are stored in America/New_York and daylight saving time is handled automatically.

报名截止时间Registration deadline

报名人数上限（0 = 不限）Registration capacity (0 = unlimited) 系统会在同一笔安全事务中锁定名额；不能把上限调低到已报名人数以下。Spots are secured in one transaction; capacity cannot be set below the current registration count.

报名资料保留天数Registration retention (days) 默认 90 天，从活动结束时间算起。到期后请在“报名名单”先导出备份，再使用批量清理。The default is 90 days from the event end time. After it expires, export a backup from the roster before using bulk cleanup.

活动开放范围Event audience 决定谁能查看活动并提交报名。发布后仍可修改，但不会改变已经保存的报名资料。Controls who can view and register. You may change it later without altering saved registrations.

仅 BC 会员开放BC members only必须使用 @bc.edu Google 账户，报名资料来自会员档案。Requires an @bc.edu Google account and uses the member profile. 对波士顿地区公开Open to the Boston communityBC 学生仍需登录会员账户；其他学校的参与者填写校外报名表。BC students still use a member account; guests from other schools complete a public form.
